2. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of intangible digital goods, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, including but not limited to cases where:

  • You change your mind after purchase

  • The digital product is not accessible due to a verified technical error on our platform, and
  • We are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period after you contact our support team.

In such cases, we may offer:

  • Restored access to the product, or
  • A replacement product of equivalent value, or
  • A refund, if no other resolution is possible

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks through PayPal or other payment providers.

Unjustified chargebacks for digital products that have been delivered may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Revocation of access to purchased content
  • Reporting of fraudulent activity to the payment processor

We reserve the right to provide payment processors with relevant transaction and delivery records to contest chargebacks.

6. Pricing Errors and Unauthorized Transactions
