Creator Agreement

This Creator Publishing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between eBooksForest (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Platform”) and you (“Creator,” “Author,” or “Publisher”). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the eBooksForest platform for the purpose of uploading, publishing, distributing, and monetizing digital content.

By registering as a creator, uploading content, or publishing digital products on eBooksForest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You have full authority to publish and license the content you submit
  • All registration information you provide is accurate and up to date

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your creator account and all activities conducted under it.

2. Content Submission and Approval

2.1 Eligible Content

You may submit original digital content, including but not limited to:

  • eBooks and written publications
  • Digital guides, manuals, and reports
  • Online courses and educational materials

All content must comply with applicable laws and the Platform’s content guidelines.

2.2 Review and Approval

eBooksForest reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, approve, reject, or remove any submitted content at its sole discretion, including content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains misleading, deceptive, or harmful information
  • Does not meet platform quality or compliance standards

3. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all copyrights and intellectual property rights in the content you publish, except for the licenses granted under this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a transfer of ownership of your content to eBooksForest.

4. License Granted to eBooksForest

By submitting or publishing content on the Platform, you grant eBooksForest a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

  • Host, store, reproduce, and display the content
  • Distribute the content digitally to end users
  • Provide purchasers with access to the content
  • Promote, market, and advertise the content and the Platform

This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform and your published content.

5. Creator Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are the sole owner of the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions
  • The content does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other rights
  • The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading material
  • Any claims made within the content are truthful and not deceptive

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

6. Revenue, Pricing, and Payments

6.1 Pricing

Creators may set the price of their digital products, subject to platform rules and applicable laws.

eBooksForest reserves the right to display prices in different currencies and to apply promotional discounts at its discretion.

6.2 Revenue Share and Payouts

Revenue distribution, payout schedules, minimum payout thresholds, and payment methods (including PayPal) will be communicated separately through the Platform interface or creator dashboard.

Creators are responsible for any taxes, fees, or obligations arising from earnings on the Platform.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

All sales of digital products are generally final in accordance with the Platform’s Refund and Returns Policy.

In the event of chargebacks, payment disputes, or refunds initiated by customers or payment processors:

  • eBooksForest reserves the right to deduct the refunded amount and any associated fees from the Creator’s earnings
  • Relevant transaction and access records may be provided to payment processors

8. Content Removal and Account Suspension

eBooksForest reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disable access to any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws
  • Suspend or terminate Creator accounts for repeated violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse

Upon termination, licenses granted to eBooksForest may continue as necessary to allow customers continued access to previously purchased content, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eBooksForest, its owners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your content
  • Your breach of this Agreement
  • Your violation of intellectual property or other third-party rights

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBooksForest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eBooksForest operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to This Agreement

eBooksForest reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
